I took my ninth graders to La Caille a few weeks ago. It was a beautiful day and the kids had a lot of fun. Russell and Katie came along as chaperones.
My students were all dressed up and so well-behaved.
I was so proud of Katie for trying escargots.
The grounds were beautiful, and food was scrumptious, and the experience was delightful.

Mmm...love La Caille. We got engaged there right by the pond of swans over the little bridge. You are such a cute teacher!
my 8th grade french class went to la caille too. i missed it, but my friend dane was there and he accidentally tucked the tablecloth into his pants with the napkin so when he stood up...you know what happened. glad that didn't happen to one of your students. or russ.
What the La Caille? Amazing. Those lucky ducks. I have still never been there but heard amazing things. Glad you got to take Russ!
You are brave! I always wanted to try La Caille but never did! Those are some lucky students you have. And way to go Katie!
