Third Anniversary Trip

Two weeks after our third anniversary (August 21st), Russ and I drove to California for Labor Day Weekend to celebrate. While we're young and childless and carefree, it's so fun to be spontaneous. I'd never seen downtown Los Angeles before, and although there was a lot of driving in a short amount of time, I loved the trip.

California is incredible. No wonder 35 million people live there.

hope your school year is going well. would it be awkward if I sat in on a class with my 3 kids so I could witness your teaching skills? :)

The L.A. observatory!! So super fun. This brings back crazy memories. Such a fun place to visit. You guys managed to get pictures without the 35 million people.

So fun that you got to take this little trip! Bri and I have yet to properly celebrate our anniversary. Maybe one day.

I love what you guys are buying. Pizza lunchables and PEOPLE magazine. Hilarious.
